How are products chosen for The ND Edit? Every product is selected based on genuine usefulness for neurodivergent people. We consider sensory impact, functional benefit, quality, and safety — not trends or profit margins. If it doesn't meet our standards, it doesn't make it in.

Who is The ND Edit for? Neurodivergent adults shopping for themselves, and parents or carers shopping for neurodivergent children. Every kind of mind is welcome here.

How long does delivery take? Most UK orders arrive within 5–10 business days. We'll always be upfront about estimated delivery times on each product page.

What is your returns policy? If you're not happy with a product for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll make it right — no awkward questions.

Do you ship outside the UK? Not at the moment. The ND Edit is currently UK-only while we establish the store and maintain the quality of service we want to offer.

A product didn't work for me — can I give feedback? Please do. Feedback from the community directly informs what stays in the store and what doesn't. Get in touch via the contact page.
