GPS trackers work in one of two ways - it's important to know which applies to this product before buying.

Bluetooth only: Locates your item within a limited range (typically 10-30 metres) using your phone's Bluetooth connection. No subscription or SIM card required, but won't work if the item is out of range.

Full GPS: Locates your item anywhere with a mobile signal. Requires either a SIM card or an ongoing subscription to a data service, which is an additional cost not included in the product price.
