The Aromatherapy Edit — eight oils, every mood covered
Scent is one of the most direct sensory routes to signalling a change: a specific oil associated with focus used before starting work, a calming blend applied before winding down, an energising scent for the moments that need a push. With eight oils covering calm, focus, sleep, and energy, this set gives you a different sensory anchor for each part of your day - helping your brain understand that one thing has ended and another is beginning
Pure essential oils with no additives, synthetic ingredients, or fillers — just authentic plant extracts in a 30ml amber glass bottle that protects potency and freshness.
How to use:
Inhale directly - one or two drops on a tissue or cotton ball for an immediate sensory effect
Diffuser - five to eight drops in water, run for 30-60 minutes in a living space or bedroom
Bath - five to eight drops mixed into Epsom salt or a carrier oil before adding to warm water; never add directly to bathwater undiluted
Room spray - a few drops combined with water in a spray bottle, shake well before use
Can also be used in: humidifiers, oil burners, homemade candles, soaps, and bath bombs
